That was my challenge when I came to Sparkitect – I needed to take a close look at where I was investing time and energy and how it aligned with where my values and interests lie today (not where they may have been before). Working with Jenny is a delight! I love that she combines genuine empathy and listening with a commitment to making sure every single coaching session moves things forward. I was getting ready to step away from a position that I had been in for 6.5 years, and felt I was very much stuck in that job and title. I was also not sure if I wanted to stay in the industry I was currently in, or spread my wings a bit and try something new.
